1. What This Website Is
This is a privately operated reference about how Roosevelt County warrant records are routed. It explains New Mexico Courts Case Lookup, District and Magistrate Court, Portales and Elida Municipal Courts, the Sheriff's Office, public-record requests, MVD boundaries, and the federal distinction. It is not a court, sheriff, police department, records custodian, law firm, bondsman, or government service.
2. Informational Use Only
Content is general information. It is not an official warrant check, court order, legal opinion, promise of release, bond quote, payment instruction, or confirmation that a record is current. A public search result can be incomplete or delayed. Ask the issuing court what a record means and what process applies to a specific case.
3. No Screening or Private-Person Roster Use
This site is not for employment, housing, tenant, insurance, credit, or other consumer-screening decisions. It is also not a tool for locating or labeling people. Do not copy names, photographs, dates of birth, addresses, case numbers, or allegations from a government page into a list. The Most Wanted page is described and linked as a safety program only.
4. Use the Official Route
For a possible personal matter, start with New Mexico Courts Case Lookup and contact the issuing court. District Court is listed at 109 W. First Street, Magistrate Court at 1630 N. Boston, the Sheriff's Office at 1700 N. Boston, Portales Municipal Court at 520 W. Second, and Elida Municipal Court at 704 Clark. Confirm current numbers and instructions before travel or payment.
5. No Legal Advice or Case Handling
Nothing here tells you how a warrant, charge, bond, court date, release condition, or license issue applies to you. Talk with a licensed New Mexico attorney or the issuing court. We cannot arrange a surrender, file a motion, post bond, accept payment, cancel a record, or promise a particular result.
6. Accuracy and Change
Addresses, phone numbers, fees, web forms, office hours, court procedures, agency systems, and public-access rules can change. The research was checked September 20, 2026, but a source may change afterward. Where the official sources conflict, the page identifies the conflict and directs you to confirm it. An older county detention number should not replace the current Ninth District contact.
7. Outside Services and Links
Finder bands, advertisements, linked government pages, and outside search providers are separate services. We do not control their content, price, data retention, security, or accuracy. A paid result is not an official court or sheriff confirmation. Use official government or court sources for a status question.
8. Public Records Boundaries
New Mexico IPRA supports access to non-exempt records but does not guarantee that a requested record exists or is public. Sealed, juvenile, confidential, domestic-violence, personal-identifier, and other protected material may be withheld or redacted. Request policies, blank forms, aggregate counts, or reasonably segregable portions where possible.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not submit another person's sensitive identifiers to a tool.
- Do not scrape or republish a named warrant or Most Wanted roster.
- Do not impersonate a court, law-enforcement officer, or records custodian.
- Do not use the pages to threaten, harass, confront, or endanger anyone.
- Do not interfere with a public search, request system, or official agency.
10. Governing Law and Updates
These terms are intended to be read under the laws of New Mexico. They may be updated when the site, law, or source landscape changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Effective date: September 22, 2026.
